A Wedding In Singapore (1962)

The wedding ceremony of both husband (Tan Kiat Seng) and wife (Ling Kin Moi), who are from the Foochow (Fuzhou) dialect group. The wedding was held in a coffee shop house owned by the eldest brother of the groom, located at Serangoon Road where many Foochows of that time lived. The parents of the groom were both living in their homeland, China. Operating coffee drink businesses, tailoring and hair cutting were the three main professions that Foochow people had then.
